The amount of filler depends on the problem and the treatment area. The doctor adheres to the principle of "less is more," using the minimum amount necessary to achieve an effective and natural change. This will always be assessed and communicated to you before treatment.

The pain level is very manageable. A topical anesthetic is applied for 30-45 minutes beforehand, and most fillers we use already contain a local anesthetic, which significantly reduces discomfort during the injection. Minor swelling at the injection site is normal. It is most noticeable in the first 1-3 days and will gradually subside, settling beautifully in 1-2 weeks. Most patients do not require any downtime and can return to work or daily activities as normal.
